Howard County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call stormwater quality inlet cleaning services throughout the county. The contractor will be responsible for pumping water and sediment from each inlet, cleaning the inlet surfaces, and disposing of the material at an approved legal disposal site. Service calls are performed during normal business hours, with overtime requiring prior approval, and the contract runs for an initial one‑year term with up to five optional one‑year renewals.
