General Architectural Services for Existing Buildings, Facilities, Other Amenities and Proposed Construction Projects

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide general architectural services for existing buildings, facilities, and proposed construction projects. The selected firm will provide professional services on an as-needed basis, including preparing architectural designs, plans, specifications, and estimates for renovations, alterations, and additions to existing buildings and facilities. The contract will be for a two-year term with a possible two-year renewal. • The scope of work includes providing architectural services for various projects, including renovations, alterations, and additions to existing buildings and facilities. • The selected firm will be required to provide a statement of qualifications, including detailed credentials and a description of their experience and qualifications. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award a contract based on specific tasks or to the principal company submitting their statement of qualifications.
