The City of Flint is seeking a contractor to provide cured‑in‑place‑pipe (CIPP) relining services for its water service center sewer network. The scope includes rehabilitation of storm and sanitary mains ranging from 8‑in to 66‑in diameter, spot‑re‑lining of laterals (4‑in to 24‑in), and installation of vacuum‑inserted clean‑out saddles for 4‑in and 6‑in lines. Vendors must submit unit‑price tables for each pipe size, demonstrate compliance with ASTM standards, provide warranties, and meet extensive insurance and experience requirements.
