Design Upgrades to the Sykesville Pumping Station

The Carroll County Commissioners are seeking an engineering firm to provide full‑service design, bidding assistance, and construction‑phase support for upgrades to the Sykesville Pumping Station, based on a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) that includes recommendations for a 4,500 LF force main and related improvements.
