ADS Fiscal Intermediary Services

The State of Connecticut is seeking a Fiscal Intermediary to provide services for individuals with disabilities who participate in the Vocational Rehabilitation programs administered by Aging and Disability Services. The purpose of this RFP is to procure Fiscal Intermediary services that support a self-direction model, allowing participants and their families to select and manage their own service providers. The services will be provided to individuals with disabilities who require personal assistance. • The RFP is for Fiscal Intermediary services, which includes managing and administering personal assistance services for individuals with disabilities. • The services will be provided to individuals who participate in the Vocational Rehabilitation programs administered by Aging and Disability Services. • The goal of the self-direction model is to promote autonomy and self-determination for participants. • The selected Fiscal Intermediary will be responsible for managing and administering the personal assistance services. • The RFP includes an attachment for the proposal document, which provides more detailed information about the services and requirements.
