NH State Police Laboratory Uniform Rental & Laundering Service

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Division of State Police is seeking a vendor to provide uniform rental and laundering services for the NH State Police Forensic Laboratory. The vendor will be responsible for supplying new lab coats with emblems, measuring, repairing, stain-removing, laundering, pressing, inventorying, delivering, picking up, and replacing lab coats. The contract term is for multiple years with an option to renew. The vendor must be able to provide a minimum of three lab coats per employee and a maximum of five lab coats per employee. The vendor must also be able to provide hangers, plastic bags, and hanger recycling stands. The vendor will be required to pick up soiled lab coats and deliver clean lab coats on a weekly basis. Some key requirements of the contract include: * Providing new lab coats with emblems * Measuring, repairing, stain-removing, laundering, pressing, inventorying, delivering, picking up, and replacing lab coats * Providing hangers, plastic bags, and hanger recycling stands * Picking up soiled lab coats and delivering clean lab coats on a weekly basis * Ensuring that all lab coats are cleaned and pressed to a high standard * Ensuring that all lab coats are delivered to the correct location * Providing a copy of the pick-up list to the NHSPFL Representative and/or Designee * Obtaining the signature of the NHSPFL Representative and/or Designee on the finalized pick-up list * Correcting delivery shortages and mistakes within seven calendar days * Replacing lab coats that are worn out, dingy in color, damaged, lost, or stained at no additional cost * Providing uniform repair tags at no additional cost * Ensuring that all delivered lab coats are wrinkle-free * Providing a transition plan for services under the agreement in the event of early termination
