Sources Sought Notice to procure services for the operation, security and safety of Government aviation and ground fuel facilities in South Korea

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy - FESBA is seeking potential business sources to provide fuel operations, support operations, and management and administration services for government-owned contractor-operated (GOCO) fuel facilities in South Korea. The services include receipt, storage, and handling of fuel products, as well as operation, maintenance, security, and environmental protection of the facilities. The procurement will be unrestricted under NAICS code 493190, with a size standard of $36.5 million. The government anticipates issuing one solicitation and awarding two firm fixed-price contracts with a four-year base period of performance. • The contract will require the provision of all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to receive, store, issue, maintain quality, and account for petroleum products. • The government is seeking companies with experience in fuel management and operations, as well as those with the financial capability and stability to sustain a five-year contract. • The contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965 and FAR 52.222-41. • Companies responding to this notice should provide a company profile, capability statement, past performance information, and other relevant details.
