The State of Delaware, through its Office of the State Treasurer, is soliciting proposals from qualified investment‑management firms to provide fixed‑income investment‑management services for its cash‑management portfolio (~ $6.2 billion). The vendor will be responsible for constructing and executing the portfolio, delivering comprehensive reporting, and offering strategic advice consistent with the Cash Management Policy Board’s investment architecture.
