2024-23 RFP Doral Parks Concessions

City of Doral is seeking private firms to operate food‑and‑beverage concession stands at four municipal parks. The contract requires providers to staff the sites, maintain equipment, comply with strict health, safety, nutritional (Ordinance #2012‑21) and polystyrene‑ban (Ordinance #2024‑13) standards, and submit daily sales reports via a City‑approved POS system. Compensation is based on a minimum monthly fee per location (ranging from $270 to $570) or a negotiated percentage of gross sales, whichever is greater, plus a security deposit equal to one month’s minimum fee per awarded site.
