Description
This solicitation calls for a vendor to operate, maintain, and fully fund the tennis court facility at Margaret Allen Middle School, providing all labor, materials, and capital improvements at no cost to the school district. The contract is a no‑compensation agreement lasting up to five years, with a 30‑day notice period for termination or cure of breach, a one‑year warranty on any goods supplied, and extensive insurance and background‑check requirements.
