UGA Off-Campus Student Housing

The University of Georgia is soliciting qualified proposals for the development and management of a comprehensive off-campus housing platform. The contract term shall be for one year from the date of award, with four one-year renewal options. The successful vendor will provide a platform that offers a definitive, vetted listing of housing options, ensuring that facilities meet established standards, are regularly evaluated, and collaborate effectively with the community to cater to diverse student needs. • The platform should provide a reliable resource for students to identify suitable housing options within the Athens-Clarke County area. • The vendor should have experience in providing educational resources regarding living off-campus to students attending a university comparable in size to the University of Georgia. • The vendor should be able to provide a sample schedule for the creation, completion, and launching of the platform. • The vendor should be able to provide options for revenue sharing and explain how revenue is distributed. • The vendor should be able to provide information on how they handle student complaints about specific properties and how they maintain relationships with listed properties.
