On-Call Professional Engineering Services Related to District Wide Water, Wastewater (includes Clean Water Project), General Facility Improvements, Planning and Engineering Support Services, and Dams

This contract establishes an on‑call, indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) list of engineering firms to provide professional engineering, design, construction inspection, and construction‑management services for water and wastewater projects across the Metropolitan District’s service area. The scope covers linear and facility design, specialty engineering, and support for capital‑improvement and clean‑water initiatives, including sewer separation and treatment‑plant upgrades. The District seeks to pre‑qualify firms for task‑order awards that will be issued as needs arise, allowing rapid mobilization for a wide variety of infrastructure improvements. • Scope: Linear design, facility design, specialty engineering, construction inspection/management for water, wastewater, and related infrastructure. • Procurement: On‑call IDIQ, request for qualifications and proposals (RFQP) with future task orders. • Geography: Projects located within Connecticut (Metropolitan District service area).
