Manchester Public Schools, together with Glastonbury Public Schools, issued an RFP to supply a full range of bread products for the 2020‑2021 school year. The vendor must provide nutritional and ingredient data, deliver directly to each school site within a 7 a.m.–2 p.m. window, use sanitary packaging and refrigerated trucks where needed, and meet all federal, state, and local food‑safety regulations. Pricing is submitted on a net‑price, tax‑exempt basis for each item. Evaluation will consider vendor experience, price competitiveness, and references.
