Description
This RFQ seeks a qualified architectural and engineering firm to design a new Memory Care Wing addition (approximately 4,600 sf) at the Valley Hi Nursing Home in McHenry County, Illinois. The work includes full design services, cost estimating, and a review of the existing generator/fuel‑tank system. The County will evaluate qualifications, interview finalists, and negotiate a contract with the highest‑scoring firm.
