Trade Services - Moving, Relocation and Storage

The contract is for moving, relocation, and storage services for Eastern Kentucky University. The university is seeking qualified companies to provide these services as needed. The contract will have an initial term of two years, with the option to renew for up to three consecutive one-year periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services. The contract will be non-exclusive, and the university reserves the right to award the bid in part or in whole and to award multiple vendors. • The contract includes storage services, moving, relocation, and storage services for laborers on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. • The university requires bidders to review the "EKU Trade Services Info. Sheet" and the "EKU Solicitation Instructions and Conditions" documents. • The contract is subject to the Kentucky Model Procurement Code 45A.470. • The university reserves the right to renegotiate any term and/or condition as may be necessary to meet requirements for any renewal period.
