Description
The City of Worcester is disposing of five surplus police department vehicles (four Crown Victorias, a Dodge Charger, a Honda Accord, and a 2009 Ford Taurus) plus a lot of Crown Victoria salvage parts. All items are sold “as‑is, where‑is” for parts only, with the highest bid winning each line item. Bidders must submit a completed PD‑10 form, certify compliance with Massachusetts anti‑collusion statutes, and remove the vehicles within five business days of award. Payment is due within five days of invoicing via certified check to the City Treasurer. No warranties are provided, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
