REAL ESTATE BROKER

The City of Corvallis is seeking a Real Estate Broker to provide professional services in areas of real estate, including evaluating market research/data, creating marketing plans, and representing the City for real estate transactions. The contract includes a range of tasks, such as facilitating tours of buildings, providing broker opinions of value, and analyzing and evaluating inquiries and offers. The City reserves the right to select one or more Brokers to fulfill the scope of work. • The contract is for real estate brokerage services, including sales, purchases, and leasing of City-owned properties. • The Broker will work under the supervision of the Community Development Department. • The contract includes a range of tasks, such as evaluating market research/data, creating marketing plans, and representing the City for real estate transactions. • The City reserves the right to select one or more Brokers to fulfill the scope of work. • The contract is for an unspecified duration, with an option for renewal.
