This solicitation seeks qualified providers to perform court‑ordered psychological and related assessments for McHenry County’s Circuit Court. The contract will cover approximately 230 assessments over a two‑year base period, with a possible third‑year optional renewal. Providers must hold a valid Illinois professional license, be able to access the county jail for onsite assessments, and submit detailed written reports within 21 days of the court order. The County requires unit‑price proposals for each assessment type and mandates compliance with all applicable state statutes, reporting requirements, and electronic filing procedures.
