Description
The City of Wilmington is establishing a three‑year on‑call professional engineering design services contract (with a one‑time two‑year renewal option) to provide a wide range of engineering, surveying, environmental, and related consulting services on a task‑order basis. The solicitation seeks qualified firms (or teams) that are pre‑qualified with NCDOT for any of the numerous listed work codes (e.g., bridge design, traffic capacity analysis, MSE wall design, hydraulic investigations, traffic‑management plans, special inspections, project‑management, etc.). Applicants must submit a Letter of Interest in bound, unbound, and electronic formats by March 31, 2026. The City encourages participation of minority‑ and women‑owned businesses and requires appropriate professional liability insurance and licensing. No contract value is disclosed; work will be assigned via supplemental agreements as needs arise.
