This solicitation concerns a Lease‑Lease‑Back (LLB) public‑works construction project to replace three existing athletic fields at Vista Del Lago High School with four new baseball/softball fields and associated site upgrades (landscaping, irrigation, lighting, fencing, dugouts, utilities, parking, and path‑of‑travel improvements).
