IT Equipment Recycling Services

This contract provides comprehensive IT equipment recycling services for all buildings within the Columbia Public Schools district. The awardee is responsible for picking up, transporting, and securely destroying hard drives, as well as handling all logistics related to the disposal of obsolete electronic equipment. Compensation is based on a revenue‑sharing model where 60 % of the recycling proceeds are returned to the district, with the remaining 40 % retained by the contractor. The district received ten proposals and selected Vantage Point ITAD, Inc. as the most advantageous offer.
