Annual Contract for Underground Utilities Locating/Marking Services

This contract provides Henrico County with an annual service to locate and mark underground utilities, ensuring safe excavation and infrastructure maintenance. The selected vendor, Project & Construction Management Services, Inc., will be responsible for performing utility locating, marking, and reporting across the county’s public and private works projects. The scope includes use of electronic detection equipment, surface marking, and detailed documentation of utility locations for future reference. • Service is annual and recurring, supporting ongoing county construction and maintenance activities. • Vendor must comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations for utility location. • Deliverables include marked utility lines, electronic data files, and written reports after each site visit.
