The Yellowstone County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive crowd‑management services for the MetraPark Complex in Billings, MT. The scope covers staffing of ushers, security personnel, peer‑group security, ticketing, parking attendants, and related supervision and training for all events, including the annual Montana Fair.
