State Lab Janitorial Services

This contract awards janitorial cleaning services for the North Dakota State Laboratory. The work includes daily sweeping, dust‑mopping, wet‑mopping with pH‑neutral cleaners, weekly and bi‑weekly vacuuming of carpeted areas, and monthly floor care in BSL‑3 laboratories. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and consumables (except paper products supplied by the State) and must meet OSHA‑type safety standards, background‑check requirements, and insurance obligations. The contract term runs from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2027 with possible extensions of up to four additional one‑year periods.
