Door To Door Transportation

The Multnomah County Department of County Human Services (DCHS) is seeking a vendor to provide Door-to-Door Transportation Services for seniors and persons with disabilities. The contract will be for a fixed term of five years, with services expected to begin on July 1, 2023, and end on June 30, 2028. The vendor will be responsible for providing client assessments, guaranteed rides, and other transportation services. The estimated total funding amount for these services is up to $42,500 per year. • The vendor will provide Door-to-Door Transportation Services for seniors and persons with disabilities. • The vendor will conduct client assessments to determine the most cost-effective and suitable transportation options for each client. • The vendor will provide guaranteed rides between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. • The vendor will have a plan in place to ensure subcontractors are able to provide vehicles that are safe, clean, and maintained regularly. • The vendor will maintain positive customer relationships and ensure that employees, subcontractors, and subcontractor’s employees treat each customer with dignity and respect.
