This contract provides comprehensive intercollegiate athletic insurance for Radford University’s student‑athletes, covering medical expenses, accidental dental, physical therapy, equipment, AD&D, and other related services. The broker (HUB International Midwest Limited) administers the program, handles claims, and supplies monthly loss reports while complying with FERPA, HIPAA, GLBA, and other data‑security regulations.
