Athletic & Extracurricular Supplies and Equipment

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of athletic supplies, services, and equipment. This includes athletic sports and training, PE, dance and cheer, band, award jacket and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming/embroidery service. The contract will be for a term of approximately 4 years, from June 6, 2024, through June 30, 2030. The district reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any and/or all proposals. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing athletic supplies, services, and equipment • Meeting the requirements established by the district • Complying with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations • Protecting, defending, and holding harmless the district from any suits or demands for payment • Maintaining a satisfactory level of competition and maximizing energy and resource recovery
