This contract establishes a multi‑year, county‑wide landscaping and irrigation services agreement for twelve McHenry County facilities, covering routine turf maintenance, weed control, fertilization, irrigation start‑up/shut‑down, shrub and tree care, seasonal clean‑ups, and optional services such as mulch installation and specialty treatments. The awardee, Langton Group, will provide all labor, equipment, and management oversight, submit monthly progress reports, and comply with county sustainability, OSHA, and insurance requirements.
