Description
This contract concerns a complete ambulance remount and chassis supply for the Arkansas Fire Training Academy. The scope includes providing a new 2024‑or‑newer Ford dual‑wheel cut‑away chassis, fully disassembling the existing ambulance module, refurbishing structural components, installing new OEM‑specified lighting, sirens, interior equipment, and completing a full repaint in all‑red livery. The awarded vendor must demonstrate at least 25 ambulance remounts in the prior year and have the chassis VIN in inventory at bid opening. The contract is a sealed‑bid, single‑source award with a one‑year base term starting March 12 2026, with the option to renew up to six additional one‑year periods (maximum seven‑year term). Payments are made by ACH only after delivery and acceptance.
