Operation and Maintenance for Margaret Allen Middle School Tennis Court Facility

This solicitation seeks a vendor to operate, maintain, and fully fund the tennis court facility at Margaret Allen Middle School in Nashville. The vendor will provide all maintenance, repairs, landscaping, lighting, and safety services at no cost to MNPS and, in return, gains the right to use the courts for its own programming and events. The agreement is a no‑price contract with a maximum term of 60 months and includes extensive compliance requirements (insurance, background checks, ADA, non‑discrimination, etc.). • Full‑service O&M of tennis courts, nets, lighting, fencing, and grounds – all costs borne by the vendor. • Vendor receives exclusive use rights for approved programming, with a minimum 5‑day notice to MNPS for each event. • Contract term up to 5 years; renewal only via written amendment; termination possible with 30‑day notice. • Strict insurance ( $1 M general & automobile, $1 M sexual abuse) and background‑check obligations. • No monetary payment from MNPS; value to vendor is facility access for revenue‑generating activities.
