Fire Station #20 - Environmental Remediation

The City of Mobile contracted a local remediation firm to perform comprehensive environmental clean‑up of Fire Station #20. The scope includes deep interior cleaning, HEPA‑vacuuming of all surfaces and HVAC components, installation and operation of air scrubbers to achieve at least four air changes per hour, encapsulation of affected areas, and full site restoration. The contractor must provide its own personal protective equipment, follow EPA/IICRC methodologies, and coordinate all work with the City’s Service Contract Administrator.
