The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) seeks qualified firms to enter a one‑year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with up to four one‑year extensions, to provide rapid‑response environmental services for the Fort Worth Central City flood‑protection project. The contractor must be able to mobilize within 48 hours of a request, maintain a 24/7 hotline, and perform site reconnaissance, sampling, permitting, excavation, transport, disposal, and documentation of contaminated soils, groundwater, underground storage tanks, drums, or other media encountered during construction. Services are “as‑needed” and will be issued as task orders; there is no guaranteed minimum workload.
