Description
Oregon State University is procuring a design‑build team to remediate and redevelop the central portion of its Cascades campus (Phase 3). The selected contractor will first provide preliminary services, then conduct a qualifications‑based selection of a design professional, and ultimately execute three guaranteed‑maximum‑price construction phases that include extensive earthwork, waste sorting, soil reclamation, road and utility installation, and compliance with DEQ and federal environmental requirements. The effort is budgeted at roughly $35 million and must satisfy prevailing‑wage, apprenticeship, and diversity mandates.
• Two‑step competitive RFP – preliminary services evaluation followed by full design‑build proposal.
