This contract governs the procurement, delivery, and warranty of a full catalog of police‑rated vehicles and motorcycles for Virginia sheriffs under the Virginia Sheriffs’ Association (VSA) cooperative program. Fauquier County exercised its option to extend the existing agreement with Sheehy Ford of Richmond for an additional year, keeping all original pricing, discount, and commission terms unchanged. The scope includes a wide range of fleet‑type pickups, SUVs, pursuit vehicles, special‑service trucks, electric/hybrid models, and Harley‑Davidson motorcycles, all supplied F.O.B. destination with strict delivery windows and factory‑installed option requirements. The award is a unit‑price, full‑and‑open‑competition contract with optional renewal periods.
