ANNUAL PRICE AGREEMENT FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER CHEMICALS

The City of Waxahachie is seeking sealed bids from qualified service providers for the purpose of securing services under an annual contract for Water and Wastewater Chemicals. The contract is expected to start after the award is accepted and approved by the City of Waxahachie, and will remain in effect until September 30, 2023, with the option to extend for an additional year. The contract includes the provision of various chemicals, including Sludge Dewatering CLARIFLOC C-6265 or Pre-Approved Equivalent, Food Grade Salt, and Hydrofluorosilicic Acid. • The contract is for the provision of Water and Wastewater Chemicals. • The contract is expected to start after the award is accepted and approved by the City of Waxahachie. • The contract will remain in effect until September 30, 2023, with the option to extend for an additional year. • The contract includes the provision of various chemicals. • The City of Waxahachie reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
