This cooperative contract provides member agencies in New Jersey and across the United States with discounted pricing on a broad portfolio of new pickups, sport‑utility vehicles, and cargo/passenger vans. The agreement covers all major vehicle classes—from small SUVs to heavy‑duty pickups and police‑spec models—across 13 geographic market regions, and it specifies base‑vehicle discounts, OEM‑options discounts, up‑fit mark‑ups, per‑mile delivery fees, and volume‑based additional discounts. Five vendors (Apple Ford, Franks Truck Center, Nielsen Ford of Morristown, Nielsen of Morristown, and Nielsen Rt. 46) are authorized to supply the vehicles, each representing a different manufacturer group.
