Description
This contract is a “no‑charge” goods‑and‑services agreement between Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and a future private contractor to operate, maintain, and invest in the newly built tennis facility at Margaret Allen Middle School. The contractor will perform all upkeep, repairs, and annual upgrades at its own expense while receiving rights to use the courts for approved programming. The agreement is limited to a maximum term of 60 months, includes extensive insurance and background‑check requirements, and provides MNPS with extensive termination rights (for breach, convenience, or funding). No monetary compensation is exchanged; the contractor’s costs are limited to insurance, labor, materials, and any warranty obligations.
