RFSQ for Pre-Qualified General Contractors for Small Projects

This contract is for pre-qualified general contractors for small projects at Weber State University. The contractors will provide general contracting services for various projects, including interior and exterior remodeling, framing, electrical, plumbing, masonry, finishing, landscaping, and more. The contractors will be responsible for all subcontractors and their work and performance. The contract is for 18 months, and the university reserves the right to update the small project policy dollar amount.
