2017 RSVP VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION LUNCHEON (WEST HAWAII)

The County of Hawaii, Department of Parks & Recreation, Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), is seeking a vendor to provide lunches and room rental for the 2017 Volunteer Recognition Ceremony in West Hawaii. The vendor must provide table service, including two entrees, white rice, vegetable, tossed greens, fresh fruit, rolls, dessert, and beverages. The cost per person should not exceed $32.00, including tax and tip. The vendor must also provide room rental, stage, and audio-visual equipment for the event. The contract was awarded to Kona Hotel LLC. • The event will be held on 2/23/17. • The vendor must provide lunches for 230 people. • The vendor must provide room rental, stage, and audio-visual equipment. • The cost per person should not exceed $32.00, including tax and tip. • The vendor must provide parking for 90 people.
