School Bus Sales and Services

The State of Utah is seeking contractors to provide school buses and applicable parts and service labor for eligible users. The contract will be for 5 years, and the State reserves the right to reopen the solicitation or create a new one if it determines there may be more competition for the procurement item. The contractor will work with eligible users to meet their needs by providing detailed quotes of buses, equipment requested, recommendations, and equipment demonstrations. • The RFP is a solutions-based solicitation, meaning the State is seeking equipment, products, and/or services that meet the requirements of the RFP. • The State reserves the right to conduct discussions with offerors who submit proposals determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award. • The contract resulting from this RFP will be for 5 years. • The State of Utah Division of Purchasing does not guarantee any purchase amount under an awarded contract. • The offeror must guarantee its pricing for the period described in the RFP. • If an offeror is awarded a contract from this RFP, then it is required to provide a quarterly administrative fee and report.
