This solicitation seeks a sole‑source award for an Air Boss contractor to provide comprehensive air‑show services for the Dover AFB Open‑House event on June 12‑13, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for air‑boss coordination, live narration, sound services, ground‑operation support, FAA waiver acquisition, and all necessary safety briefings. The performance period is limited to two days, with mandatory on‑site readiness beginning June 11, 2027. The contract will be paid on a lump‑sum basis after performance via WAWF, with no advance payments, and the contractor must carry at least $1 million in liability insurance and meet stringent security, badge, and records‑management requirements.
