Botanical Gardens Winter Wonderlights Installation

The University of Georgia is seeking a supplier to provide lighting installation services for the annual Winter Wonderlights show at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia. The supplier must be able to install the lights in a timely manner, allow for daily operations, and maintain a safe flow of visitor traffic. The contract term shall be from the date of award until the end of the State’s current fiscal year, with four (4) one (1) year option(s) to renew. • The Winter Wonderlights show is an annual event that requires the coordination and cooperation of many areas at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia. • The primary expectations of this project are that the lights will be installed in a timely manner and they will be to go live by the 1st of November. • The supplier must be able to provide the goods and/or services outlined in the eRFQ to the State Entity. • The eRFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from suppliers for potential award. • The contract will be awarded to one or more qualified suppliers who can provide the required services.
