Elementary Literacy Professional Learning Partner

Poudre School District R-1 is seeking a professional learning partner to provide ongoing, embedded, multi-year professional learning in EL Education and possibly CKLA to support the implementation of new literacy curriculum. The partner will be responsible for building the capacity of the District's central office Teaching & Learning Team and school-based Implementation Facilitators, designing and facilitating in-person curriculum-based training sessions, providing asynchronous options for staff to deepen their understanding of the materials, and supporting the evaluation of the fidelity of implementation of instructional materials and professional learning. The ideal partner will have experience with EL Education training in medium to large districts and be a part of the Rivet Education Professional Learning Partner Guide. Key aspects of the job include: • Building the capacity of the District's central office Teaching & Learning Team and school-based Implementation Facilitators • Designing and facilitating in-person curriculum-based training sessions for school- and central office-based K-5 staff • Providing asynchronous options for staff to deepen their understanding of the materials • Supporting the evaluation of the fidelity of implementation of instructional materials and professional learning • Providing professional learning tracks for multiple adult audiences • Providing curriculum implementation support through coaching
