Description
The Multnomah County Health Department, Behavioral Health Division (BHD) is seeking to purchase services for Adult and Youth Outpatient and Residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services, Withdrawal Management (Detox) services, and Integrated Outpatient Adult Problem Gambling Treatment Services. The contract has been awarded to 16 vendors. The services will be provided to Multnomah County residents with Substance Use Disorder whose income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and who are uninsured or under-insured, or who do not have a covered benefit for Treatment, Outreach, Case Management or Recovery Support Services. The contract has a budget of approximately $13,000,000 annually. The services will be delivered in a culturally-responsive and non-judgmental manner, with a focus on trauma-informed care and harm reduction.
