Description
This is a federal multiple‑award IDIQ contract for general construction services in the Washington, D.C. metro area. GSA will award roughly 18 small‑business contracts (including up to 12 reserve awards for 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, and SDVOSB firms) to provide design‑build or design‑bid‑build construction, repair, alteration, and modernization of federal facilities. The contract has a $500 million maximum ordering limit over five years, with individual task orders ranging from $350 k to $10 M. Work includes office construction, MEP systems, fire‑sprinkler, sitework, demolition/abatement, elevator modernization, and projects in high‑security environments. Offerors must submit a technical proposal, price proposal (SF 1442 + Excel price sheet), bonding capacity evidence ($10 M per project), and past‑performance documentation. The award will be made after evaluation of prior experience, past performance, and bonding capacity, with price being a secondary factor.
