This contract secures a county‑wide fire‑suppression systems testing, inspection, and preventive‑maintenance program for McHenry County facilities. The awarded vendor will perform quarterly, semi‑annual, annual, and multi‑year inspections of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, fire department connections, fire pumps, and related dry‑pipe/antifreeze systems, adhering to NFPA 25, NFPA 72, and applicable Illinois regulations. The work must be completed by qualified NICET‑accredited technicians located within 45 miles of the County’s Judicial Center, with a 2‑hour on‑call response time and electronic reporting within 15 days of each test.
