Description
The Frederick County Fleet Services Department is seeking bids for the provision and delivery of various aftermarket automotive parts and supplies. The contract will include supply and delivery of major automotive components, minor parts, and consumable supplies, as well as hourly service rates for general automotive repairs and preventive maintenance services. The County intends to award this contract to two or more contractors.
• The contract will cover a service fleet of approximately 1,000 County vehicles.
• The types of fleet vehicles include passenger cars, light trucks, heavy-duty trucks, law enforcement cruisers, construction and off-road equipment, fire apparatus, ambulances, transit buses, and other specialty equipment.
• The contract will include supply and delivery of major automotive components, minor parts, and consumable supplies.
• Hourly service rates are requested for general automotive repairs and preventive maintenance services.
