Description
This contract is a one‑year, supplies‑only agreement for Cameron County to procure a broad range of commercial‑grade lighting products and associated electronic ballasts. The procurement is structured as an Invitation to Bid (RFB) with full and open competition, and bidders must quote unit prices for every line item; partial bids are not accepted. The scope covers LED T8 tubes, LED corn‑bulb lamps, parking‑lot LED fixtures, standard LED bulbs, various fluorescent lamps, compact fluorescent outdoor lamps, and metal‑halide bulbs and ballasts of multiple wattages. Delivery is required on a staggered basis throughout the fiscal year, with a default 14‑day delivery period if not otherwise specified. The contract includes an option for up to two additional one‑year renewals at the same terms.
