Flight Type Dish Machine

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a flight type dish machine for the Central Utah Correctional Facility. The contract was awarded to Bintz Restaurant Supply, who submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing dish machine and disposal, then delivery and installation of a new flight type dish machine. The contract is for a purchase order, and the cost will be evaluated based on the bid price. • The dish machine must meet the specifications and requirements outlined in Attachment C - Scope of Work and Dishwasher Specs documents. • The vendor must provide a Correctional Security Package installed. • The vendor must attend a mandatory site visit at the Central Utah Correctional Facility. • The vendor must provide security clearance documents for company representatives.
