Use the Saved Search feature to save, manage, edit and run repeat searches for custom keyphrases and filters. Saved searches run automatically once a day, and users will receive fresh email alerts for new search result matches.

What is Saved Search?

If you regularly search for similar types of bids, RFPs or other opportunities, then you can save your search settings instead of rebuilding them every time you log in.

  • Run the saved search with one click
  • Receive daily email alerts for new matching opportunities
  • Edit or delete saved searches as your strategy changes
Saved Search is only available for open bid searches. To favorite specific search results, click the banana icon in the upper-right corner of the bid result. You can favorite any result regardless of bid status.

How to Save a Search

After you create a search for open bids with the filters and keywords you want, you can save it for reuse.

  1. Go to the Search page.
  2. Enter your preferred keywords.
  3. Apply relevant filters, such as state, location, agency and NAICS code.
  4. Review the results to confirm they match the types of opportunities you want.
  5. Click Save This Search!
  6. Enter a clear, descriptive name, such as Texas IT Services or Open Digital Marketing Bids – New York
  7. Click Save.

Your search is now stored and can be run again without re-entering the criteria.

Organize your searches with a consistent naming system. Formats might include the location, date, service type or industry niche. A consistent naming system can help your team quickly review data from multiple saved searches.
